Roll on the sunshine, we're loving it. Things in the kitchen are going great Ben and Ty are really raising the standard. We're having some really positive feedback and striving to get better and better. We are going to be busy out the back developing the garden area and we think it's going to be a great space. There will be a large bbq, seating and space to eat. We're really looking forward to using the space.

Our lunch menu is growing too. Ben's been working on a few new dishes, so why not drop by from 12 till 2 every weekday.

Coming soon our head chef Ben Abercrombie will be putting up his specials board just outside the kitchen, be sure to check it out. It will have one of Ben's specials for the week, usually something a bit interesting and not something found on the menu.

Clinger Farm is growing. We've planted more apple and pear trees and the way it's looking it's going to turn into quite an impressive orchard. Our pigs are busy at it and we've got many new arrivals with lots of little mouths to feed.

Tim's wine of the month

Well time has just flown by, the wine dinner has passed and new vintages are starting to arrive.

Nicolas Choblet has just distributed their new vintage of our Sauvignon, may I say this wine is absolutely delicious, classic aromas of gooseberry fruit and a piercing aftertaste, wow, tremendous with seafood.
