Woody and benny recently went to spain to the restaurant Es Verger, which they say has the best lamb in the world. The Lamb gets roasted for 5 hours in a wood oven in baking trays, cooked in larger. The restaurant is on top of a 5km mountain. Woody took Ben for inspiration to see if we can replicate the Lamb in our wood oven, which is being installed at The Old Inn very soon.
